With Christmas coming up, I was trying to think of a couple of cute little crochet designs I could come up with that would make quick gifts. The first one was the easy towel topper, and today I've got this pretty lil' washcloth I've called the Peppermint Washcloth-- named after the awesome yarn I used - I Love This Cotton! It's for the Marley Cardi, a cardigan designed using medium worsted weight yarn plus size 10 crochet thread to create the "marled" or heathered look. I wanted to keep this design pretty simple, so it's made up of good 'ole dc and hdc. The dc's are worked in the BLO to create some cute texture.
